Clarity does not provide an estimated family contribution (EFC) for applicants in our platform as other financial aid platforms do.

Each school will make informed decisions based on your application information and their financial aid budget when determining each family's presenting need. Clarity assesses families' affordability based on a number of different factors such as income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Each school will then set their own calculation/formula for these categories and applies them equitably across all applicants.
