How do I upload supporting documents to my application?

Some common difficulties and solutions when uploading documents

Clarity and schools can request additional supporting documentation to be uploaded to your application.

Where do I go to start uploading documents?

Documents can be easily uploaded through your Clarity dashboard.

The "Documents" tab in the side menu houses all of your school documents. Here will be a list of anything your schools require when applying for financial aid.

Simply click the upload button to start.

How will we know if your school requires additional documents than what Clarity ask for?

You'll see a document request after submitting your application for any additional documents the school may require you to upload to your Clarity account. You'll see this both in your account as well as via an email. If you are looking to upload documents but don't see a request for it, please check with the school's financial aid office for more information.

Please Note: It is only possible to upload documents once your application has been submitted, and only if Clarity or any of the school(s) you are applying to are specifically requesting something from you. If so, you will find the requests to upload in the Documents area of your Clarity account.
