Two Ways to Find Your Support PIN
Option 1: From Your Dashboard
Log in to your Clarity dashboard: app.clarityapp.com/household/dashboard
Scroll to the bottom left corner of the page
Look just below the “Get Help” button - you’ll see your 8-character alphanumeric Support PIN
Option 2: From Account Settings
Log in to your Clarity dashboard
Click your initial in the top-right corner of the screen
Select “Manage Account”
Navigate to the Clarity Support tab
You’ll see your 8-character alphanumeric Support PIN
Calling us? Have your Support PIN ready - we will ask for it at the start of the call.
