If you have AutoPay enabled:
Clarity attempts payment 4 days before the due date. If it fails, you’ll get a notification. ACH failures may incur a $25 fee. Clarity won’t retry automatically; go to Payments>Due to pay manually.
If you don’t have AutoPay enabled:
Your invoice stays open in Payments > Due. Pay it manually at any time.
Late fees:
Set by your school. If charged, they appear as a separate line item. Contact your school for details.
What to do:
1. Go to Payments>Due
2. Select the overdue invoice and complete payment.
