If you do not have autopay enabled, you can make manual payments for your tuition and incidental invoices at any time through your Clarity account.
Before you begin, make sure you have a saved payment method. Payments can only be made using a saved credit/debit card or bank transfer (ACH). If you haven’t added a payment method yet:
Go to Payments > Settings.
Locate the Saved Payment Methods section.
Click Add Payment Method and enter your details.
How to Make a Payment
Log in to your Clarity account.
Click on Payments in the menu, then select Due.
You will see all upcoming invoices, including the amount due and any remaining balance.
Choose how you want to pay:
Pay each invoice individually
Pay all invoices at once
Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and complete the transaction.

Can I pay before the due date?
Yes, this is an option. You would go to Payments > Due, select the invoice, and pay. Paying early does not change the due dates of your remaining scheduled payments.
Important: If you're enrolled in AutoPay and make a payment toward an upcoming invoice yourself, this will cause the AutoPay payment to fail. Please keep this in mind before submitting a manual payment.
Payment Confirmation & Receipts
Once your payment is processed, the transaction will appear in the History section under Payments for your review.
You can download a copy of your receipt for your records.
💡 Tip: If you’d like to automate future payments, consider enrolling in autopay under the Settings section in your Payments menu.
