How to Manage Saved Payment Methods

You can easily add, update, or remove your saved payment methods in Clarity to ensure your tuition and incidental payments are processed smoothly.

How to Add a Payment Method

  1. Log in to your Clarity account.

  2. Click on Payments in the menu, then select Settings.

  3. Locate the Saved Payment Methods section.

  4. Click the Add Payment Method button.

  5. Choose your preferred payment type:

    • Credit/Debit Card

    • Bank Transfer (ACH)

  6. Enter your payment details and click Store Details to save.

How to Remove a Payment Method

  1. Log in to your Clarity account.

  2. Click on Payments in the menu, then select Settings.

  3. Locate the Saved Payment Methods section.

  4. Find the payment method you want to remove.

  5. Click the trash can icon to delete it.

💡 Important Notes:

  1. Your saved payment methods can be used for both tuition payments (based on your selected tuition payment plan) and incidental payments (such as extracurricular fees, meal plans, and other school-related costs).

  2. If you have autopay enabled, be sure to update your payment method before removing an old one to avoid missed payments.

  3. ACH Payment Failures: If an ACH payment fails due to insufficient funds or another issue, a failure fee may be charged. Please ensure your bank account has sufficient funds before processing ACH payments.

  4. Available payment methods are debit/credit cards, ACH, or offline payment options (please check with your school directly).
