How to cancel Payments?

Parents now have the option to cancel payments directly from their Clarity dashboard before the daily cutoff: 11:00 PM ET for card payments and 9:00 PM ET for ACH payments. This means that if you realize a mistake was made when selecting the payment method, or if you need to make changes shortly after submitting a payment, you can easily cancel it yourself.

How it works:

  1. Once you submit a payment, please go to the Payments tab, then navigate to History, where you’ll see the payment just made listed in your dashboard with the status Processing.

  2. If the payment was made before the daily cutoff, you'll see a Cancel button next to it.



  3. Click Cancel, and the payment will be voided.

  4. Your invoice should open up to pay again, and you can access it by going to the Payments tab, then Due.


Important: Cancellations must be submitted before the daily cutoff: 11:00 PM ET for card payments and 9:00 PM ET for ACH payments. The self-cancel option is not available for payments made toward multiple invoices. For assistance, please reach out to Clarity Support at support@clarityapp.com.
