How to cancel Payments?
Parents now have the option to cancel payments within 24 hours of submission directly from their Clarity dashboard. This means that if you realize a mistake was made when selecting the payment method, or if you need to make changes shortly after submitting a payment, you can easily cancel it yourself.
How it works:
Once you submit a payment, please go to Payments tab then navigate to History where you’ll see the payment just made listed in your dashboard with the status Processing.
If the payment was made less than 24 hours ago, you’ll see a Cancel button next to it.
Click Cancel, and the payment will be voided.
Your invoice should open up to pay again and you can access it by going to the Payments tab then Due.
Important: After 24 hours, the payment can no longer be canceled directly in the system. If additional changes are needed at that point, please reach out to Clarity Support at support@clarityapp.comfor assistance.
