Your enrollment contract signing process depends on whether your household has one or two guardians. Follow the steps below based on your household type.
Households with 1 Guardian
If you are the only guardian signing the contract, the process is quick and straightforward:
Check your email for a message with the subject line:
"[School Name] invites you to sign."Important: This email should not be forwarded or shared.
Click the purple "Start enrollment as [Your Name]" button at the bottom of the email.
Click "Sign in or Sign up" under Step 1, then log in or create a Clarity account.
Click "Claim contract as [Your Name]" to begin signing.
Click "Review and Sign" to open the contract.
Consent to e-signing when prompted. Click Confirm & Continue.
The contract will open. Complete the following:
Select your payment plan.
Review any additional fees from the school.
Sign the contract when ready.
Important: Some schools require tuition insurance. If you cannot remove this option, it is required by the school.
Click the purple "Pay" button to complete your deposit payment.
Done! You’ve successfully signed and paid your enrollment contract.
Households with 2 Guardians
For households with two guardians, the primary guardian designated by the school must sign first before the secondary guardian can proceed.
Both guardians should receive an email from Clarity letting you know there is a contract ready to sign. The Primary Parent will need to complete this process first.
Primary Guardian Signs First
Check your email for a message with the subject line:
"[School Name] invites you to sign."Important: These emails cannot be forwarded between parents. Each email is exclusive to the recipient.
Click the purple "Start enrollment as [Your Name]" button at the bottom of the email.
Click "Sign in or Sign up" under Step 1, then log in or create a Clarity account.
Click "Claim contract as [Your Name]" to begin signing.
Click "Review and Sign" to open the contract.
If you do not want to sign first, click "I don’t want to sign first" to transfer this step to the secondary guardian.
Consent to e-signing when prompted. Click Confirm & Continue.
The contract will open. Complete the following:
Select your payment plan.
Review any additional fees from the school.
Sign the contract when ready.
Important: Some schools require tuition insurance. If you cannot remove this option, it is required by the school.
Once signed, the secondary guardian will receive an email prompting them to sign.
You can proceed to pay the deposit OR allow the secondary guardian to make payment after they have signed.
Secondary Guardian Signs After Primary Guardian
Wait until the primary guardian has signed.
If you attempt to sign before the primary guardian, you will only see the option to download the contract, not sign it.
Check your email for your invitation to sign. Click the purple "Start enrollment as [Your Name]" button.
Click "Sign in or Sign up" under Step 1, then log in to your Clarity account.
Click "Review and Sign" to open the contract.
Consent to e-signing when prompted. Click Confirm & Continue.
Review the contract and complete your portion of the signing process.
If the primary guardian did not pay the deposit, click the purple "Pay" button to complete the payment.
Done! Both guardians have signed, and the contract is complete.
Important Note for 2-Guardian Households
If both parents are signing on the same device, the primary guardian must log out completely before the secondary guardian begins. Alternatively, use an incognito window to prevent system errors.
