What is a tuition Contract?
A tuition Contract outlines your family’s financial commitment to the school for the academic year. It includes tuition amounts, fees, and payment plan options.
Where do I find my Contract?
Log in to your Parent Portal and navigate to the “Contracts” tab. You’ll see any pending or signed contracts listed there.
When are contracts typically sent out?
Contracts are usually distributed before the new school year begins. You’ll receive an email notification when your contract is ready to review and sign. However, it’s best to check with your school, as each school may issue contracts at different times of the year.
What if I already signed my Contract and need to submit a Financial Aid application?

I’m having trouble submitting the contract. What should I do?
Make sure all required fields are completed and that you’ve selected a payment plan. If the “Submit” button is still greyed out, try refreshing your browser or switching devices.
We have two households. How does that work?
Each household will receive a separate Contract outlining its financial responsibilities. Both Contracts must be signed for the enrollment to be finalized. If there are any questions about this, it would be best to reach out to the school directly.
Can contracts be split evenly between households?
Yes, but this must be coordinated and approved by the school before contracts are issued.
Can I edit a contract after I sign it?
Only limited changes can be made, like updating your payment method or contact details. Changes to tuition amounts or payment plans must be requested through the school.
I think there’s an error in my Contract. What should I do?
Contact the school immediately. Do not sign the Contract until the issue is resolved.
Can I download or print my signed contract?
Yes! Once submitted, your signed Contract will be available for download from the “Contracts” section of your Parent Portal.
What if I need to have my Contract email resent?
If you need to have the email invite resent, you will want to reach out to the school directly as they are the only ones at this time who can resend that email for security purposes.
I can’t access my contract at all.
Try logging out and back in, switching devices, or clearing your browser cache. Still having trouble? Reach out to support.
How do I know my contract was submitted successfully?
You’ll see a confirmation message and receive an email once the contract is fully signed.
