Managing and Sharing Billing Access for Family Accounts

Overview: If your family account has more than one caregiver or payer, it’s important to manage who can view and pay bills. This article covers how to add or remove payers.

Adding or Removing a Payer To add a new payer:

  1. Go to your profile icon> “manage account”

  2. Click “Add another email”

  3. Enter their email address and verify from the email that was sent and you should be all set.

Who Receives Billing Notifications? Currently only the primary guardian is able to receive the following email notifications:

  • Monthly invoice emails

  • Payment reminders

  • Late fee alerts
