The parent/guardian names automatically populate for 1a and 2a, and are dependent on the order you've entered them under Step 1: People - Guardians. If you have the names in the wrong order, return back to Step 1 and update the information there. The order of the names on your tax verification form does not affect the submission of the form.
Once complete, please reach out to Clarity Support and we will reset your tax verification document to reflect the changes.
