The parent/guardian names automatically populate for 1a and 2a, and are dependent on the order you've entered them under Step 1: People - Guardians. If you have the names in the wrong order, return back to Step 1 and update the information there. The order of the names on your 4506c form does not affect the submission of the form.
Once complete, please reach out to Clarity Support and we will reset your 4506c document to reflect the changes.
